Hello, my name is Heather and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I have been providing counseling services for children, adolescents and families for past 10 years. I give encouragement and support so the healing process can begin.
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University and worked in positions where I helped others gain skills to manage their depression, anxiety, trauma and independence. After some time of seeing a higher need for support and therapy in the community, I went back to school and received my Master's of Science at St. Cloud State University in Counseling Psychology. Now for the past 10 years I have been working with children, adolescents and families to help them build better relationships, reduce their depression and anxiety along with building more confidence and self esteem.

Provided Services
Individual Therapy
Individual counseling is focused on the individual's concerns. Individual counseling may encompass topics such as grief, adhd, anxiety and depression.
Family Therapy
I provide therapy that focuses on the improvement of family relationships and behavioral patterns of the family. This can be in addition to Individual therapy.
Telehealth
Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access therapy remotely.

$200 for a 55 minute Individual or Family Session
$250 for a Diagnostic Assessment
