Hello, my name is Heather and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with adolescents, adults and families.
I obtained my both my Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science from St. Cloud State University. My experience I have has been with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am here to help build better relationships, reduce depression and anxiety along with building more confidence and self esteem.
I am here to help, and I look forward to meeting you! My goal is to create a healing environment and joy for tomorrow!

Individual Therapy
Individual counseling is focused on the individual's concerns. Individual counseling may encompass topics such as grief, adhd, anxiety and depression.
Family Therapy
I provide therapy that focuses on the improvement of family relationships and behavioral patterns of the family. This can be in addition to Individual therapy.
Telehealth
Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access therapy remotely.

United Behavioral Health, Optum BH, Medica, United HealthCare, Select Care, UMR, GEHR, Sanford Health, Health Partners, Health Partners PMAP, MA, Magellan, Meritain Health, Atnea, PrimeWest,Cigna, BCBS, BCBS Plus, and Medicare.
Starting 9/1/26 fees will be: $250 for a 55 minute Individual or Family Session.
$275 for Diagnostic Assessment
